The past few days my appetite has decreased. Like quite a bit. It's not like I'm TRYING not to eat, just not as hungry. Still eating 5-6 times a day just not wanting as much. I have dropped my carbs for the most part other than things that are high in fiber and other things that are whole grain. Is this common? I do take a cheat day once a week.
