The past few days my appetite has decreased. Like quite a bit. It's not like I'm TRYING not to eat, just not as hungry. Still eating 5-6 times a day just not wanting as much. I have dropped my carbs for the most part other than things that are high in fiber and other things that are whole grain. Is this common? I do take a cheat day once a week.

i think that one is common , yes you can go with cheat meal once a week ( mostly people select thrusday i dont knw the reason ) . You can use light running early morning or you can sprint for a short track that will help better.
If you dont have mood to eat things you can cycle the diet like changing the source of proteins n carbs so that you can change ur taste , u ll be back on same track

A ketogenic state (ketosis) kiss appetite, but so does overtraining to some degree. What's your diet like? since you say you dropped carbs, I'm guessing ketosis is a factor.
