Next Sat. I'm gonna hit my new cycle of sus250 (or t400 - still deciding) and either EQ or Deca......maybe both. ANy thoughts?

My real question is this.....I'm 6'3, 185 and about 6%bf...I DO tend to put on fat (which I don't want to do), but realize I need to start "swaining" again......want to put on as much lean mass as possible without going >10%.......how many calories would you think I need...? I do cardio in the am and train 5x a week in the pm.....but, I'm a CPA, so my days are pretty much SEATED! ANy thoughts? My schedule goes

1230 - 515 is way to long to go without food. Through in something in between.

Meal 3 - 75 - 50 - 15
Meal 4 - 75 - 50 - 15
PWO shake 100 - 50 -15

Your deffinatly not taking in enough food. Most of your protien intake is from shakes, and thats deffinalty not as good as food. I would reccomend eating every 2.5-3 hours. I wouldnt go longer than three hours without a meal, especially after a shake. I would reccomend taking your nightly shake around 830 or 9. It should not be too huge though (50g max). then eat a tub of lowfat cottage cheese right before going to bed, because it digests slowly.

How do you manage Work and all that eating at the same time? I find it almost impossible to eat more than five times a day due to work and time constraints.
 
I work from 7am to 4pm......only need two meal at work......although it appears I need to throw in a third....I pound a myo in the am and eat lunch with the crew........what do you guys suggest I add to cleanly bulk up? Thinking about a sweet pot. for lunch and a something before I train (no oats, makes me too lethargic)......suggestions? How about a no sugar protein bar by ABB before I train? Benefitial?
 
I have been training natural for the past two years with zero success. I have researched heavily on Roids nad Nutrition during the past year. My problem is that I have a very demanding job working for a Bank and dont get much time. Usually work 15 hours every day, five days a week. This leaves almost no time for running six proper meals, good sleep and good training.

My stats are bad: Im 26, 6ft and weigh 132 Lbs. I wish to start with gear (I believe I dont have a sizeable knowledge deficiency now having read quite a lot about Roids for a year almost) but I have a real problem fitting that into my timetable. Ill have to figure out some way. Any suggestions?
 
KalsiJat, are you kidding about being 6 ft 132 ibs and wanting to start juicing? You do realize that you are obviously starving, and need to find a way to eat more frequinty or the steroids will not help. Work on your diet, put on 50 ibs of muscle, then start thinking about steroid again.

However, I eat about 4000 Kcal per day divided into five meals. Protein hovers around 260-280 grams daily. I think the problem is that I have low test levels for a start (I think Im in the normal but low range) and also have a fast metabolism. Ectomorphism is also genetic and runs in the family.

Im not about to start with juice and 1500 cals per day - thats a dead end. My plan is to take a month off from work and start with the juice in late Dec/early Jan when its nice and cold - coldest time of the year and then try and figure out a way to keep up the programme when I get back to work. However, it might not work as I work ridiculous hours and am pretty much on call 24/7. It sucks.
 
Hey Kasijat...perhaps you should get your hormone levels checked or something..I mean 6 ft 132??? Something isn't right there....
 
I got them checked once (last year). They were in the normal (but lowest in the normal) range. The Doctor actually said, "Its healthy to be slim"(!!).

Doctors dont solve any problems. The medical profession revolves around negligence insurance and negligence suits. Theres nothing more to it.
 
As a friend of mine whos been juicing regularly for the past three years once said: "We have Doctors to keep us alive not to give us quality of life!"

(This guy has moved to 215Lbs after starting at 5'10", 140 Lbs - three years ago)
 
Forgot to add:

I used gear once. Used it two months ago for three weeks. Did Enanthate at 250 mg/week for three weeks. Was eating right and drinking loads of water and my training was on course but was also working ridiculous hours - coming back home at night at 2 AM and going back to work at 7AM.

Amazingly I gained 7 Lbs in those three weeks and kept them all. Got off the gear because my working hours were stupid and I didnt feel right about keeping it going when I couldnt give it everything I had.
