Calorie Restriction

I am currently cutting on my caloric intake and my question was during days that I dont workout or do cardio should I take in less calories than on days that I do or would I keep the calorie intake the same?
 
If you have already cut calories, then to cut them more on off days is probably not the best idea.

You need nutrients to repair and recover on off days.

I actually like calorie manipulation - I personally would go closer to maintenance on heavy weights days (legs), and less on some others, but average a 500 cal deficit. I would never cut protein on a day though
