So I'm cutting and I'm at like 8% body fat and want to get to like 4-5% before I bulk. But at this level it is hard as hell to keep losing weight. Metabolism is down, energy is down, hunger is up etc
So I'm trying to cut out the little snack things I tend to eat. IE sugar free 5 calorie per serving drinks, of which I have like 30 servings of a day. Random pretzel from jar at work. The 3 packs of gum a day etc.
But it's hard to go through the day this way. Really hard given I sit at work and do nothing half the day and keeping my mind off food is impossible.
So what do you all use to tide you over between meals?
