I know with creatine once you hit a certain loading point, any extra your just pissing out. I was hoping I wasn't doing the same with the enerG bro. I was for about 6 weeks taking it 4-6 times per day probably, eatin a shitload of it. I am going to cut back to breakfast and pwo for a few weeks and see what happens.

then when I reach that state I cut back to 4 teaspoons almost all post workout
