I have taken ephedra lots of times and caffine. The results have been okay. I am ready to try something new. Why do you think clen is so hard on the system? I've got the vitamin C & E covered. What can I take that will have Tuarine in it? What is Glucorell-R & where can I get it?

If your going to take Clen and have not taken it before your going to need two things
LOTS of Antioxidants, and things that will keep you in a postive Nitrogen State ( muscle preserving or building)
Antioxidant equation:
Vitamin C
Vit E
Tuarine
EnerG
Glucorell-R

anticatabolic equation:

Protien in diet,
high amino acid pool avalaible which is where Protien Powwder and EnerG come in to play.....

Take
3-6 teaspoons of EnerG a day divided throughout the day You would never need more 9

now that My body has been saturated with it

I only Need my serving after a workout:)


give it two full weeks you going to recover form workouts have higher endurance and feel more tight in you muscle bellies

Mandy I would much rather see you take

pure Ephedrine HCL in small doses with caffeine (available in Canada in 8mg pills) or

Thermorexin and
Levorex put together


Clen in my opinion is horrid on the system.......

I've used it in the past and REALLY liked it. It gave me a ton of energy in the gym....especially noticable in cardio. My cardio workouts were able to be more intense for a longer duration. I was doing HIIT workouts, and my work intervals were much higher. And I needed virtually no recovery time after workouts. My fatigue and soreness decreased. Good stuff.

Now that it tastes better, I might have to use it again! :)

Levorex IMO is much better than Clen. It never downregulates like Clen does. And even with the addition of taurine to enhance the effects of Clen for an extended period of time, you still get the shakes. Also, the increase in BMR is greater in Levorex than in Clen. The good part is you can use Levorex indefinately....and a double plus is that it gets better as time goes by through the actions the Green Tea EGCG's, and of its quasi-like nootropics Acetyl-L-Tyrosine and Acetyl-L-Carnitine. I'm throwing all my ECA's away and staying on Levorex indefinately.

sure why not? levorex is a non-stimulant fat burner. Its a good combination. If im not mistaken, while on clen your thyroid slows down leaving fat burning through the adrenal glands (beta 2). Levorex helps turn up the fire naturally through the thyroid.

Question bro, I am taking this stuff 4-5 times per day. I must be saturated as well, am I just wasting the product? Maybe I should cut back to 1-2 times per day :confused:

Hello :)

what I mean by "saturated" is when I reach a point where my recovery rate, and endurance rate take a SUDDEN JUMP

this usually occurs with 2 weeks of 6-9 teaspoons a day

then when I reach that state I cut back to 4 teaspoons almost all post workout

or sometimes Preworkout for an energy source and anticatabolic agent
if I had not eaten

what is your expereince?:)
