I have taken ephedra lots of times and caffine. The results have been okay. I am ready to try something new. Why do you think clen is so hard on the system? I've got the vitamin C & E covered. What can I take that will have Tuarine in it? What is Glucorell-R & where can I get it?

If your going to take Clen and have not taken it before your going to need two things
LOTS of Antioxidants, and things that will keep you in a postive Nitrogen State ( muscle preserving or building)

Protien in diet,

pure Ephedrine HCL in small doses with caffeine (available in Canada in 8mg pills) or
Thermorexin and
Levorex put together
Clen in my opinion is horrid on the system.......
