Stuff is great, I have been noticing my recovery times decreasing and energy levels increasing.

I mix it with my protein drink and creatine before I go to sleep. I mix it in grapefruit juice and 1 lime, the lime adds alot of punch and eliminates any foul taste from my protein drink.

Ive purchased a few bottles of g-plenish in the past and was pleased with it. Just a quick question:
Ener-G is 1200 grams, and each serving is 17 grams= 10-15g of protien with 6 grams of glutamine peptides.
So in one bottle we have about 70.5 servings of 6 grams glutamine peptides/ 15 grams hydrolysate protien.


Is this correct?

basically follow this rule bro

for every 1 molecule one is glutamine while the other two are other aminos

thus L-glutamine looks like this

-O- and is thus unstable and get terminated in the stomach and very little get to taget tissues

while glutamine peptides look like this

O-G-O those other bonds make it very stable and when it passes through the gut into the intestine in passes through the lumen and into the cells

thus it does what it suppost to do
