Hump Day Update...I'm 2 days into week 4. I didn't weigh myself on Monday because I ate like a horse last week and didn't want the mind F*&K.
I've had a string of great workouts over the last 5 days and am so freakin sore today. It's great though. The motivation switch finally went off and I've been able to up the intensity and am starting to find my groove again. So, little side note..that took about 3 weeks. Don't they always say it takes 21 days to form a new habit?
Today will be a rest day (I think) because I can barely move, although I'm away this weekend so had hoped to get my workouts in before I leave. We'll see how the rest of the day goes.
