so far i have a BIG bag Of Whey Cake batter thats one hell of a shake,a bag of muscle Replinsher (orange)
and 3 bags of matrix Vanilla.

Mix them all together sometimes for something completely different ,and packed full of protein too

How many grams of protein are in a serving? Does this stuff mix up well? I want to try some and really it's just down to me picking a flavor for whey protein. Thanks to that poll with flavors, I'm sitting here DROOLING and can't wait to hear some opinions on flavors. I want to try something out of the norm.

The protein is a 69 percent ISO, 30 percent Con, and 10 percent soy.. So you are getting a large spectrum of amino acids. All of the flavors mix with a shaker cup in water or milk and all of them taste awesome IMO... 22g of protein 2-4g carbs and little to no fat... Its a great general all purpose blend... We also have pure ISO for dirt cheap and many other protein blend.
