How many grams of protein are in a serving? Does this stuff mix up well? I want to try some and really it's just down to me picking a flavor for whey protein. Thanks to that poll with flavors, I'm sitting here DROOLING and can't wait to hear some opinions on flavors. I want to try something out of the norm.

I got a chocolate fudge sample with an order once. It mixed up well in a blender bottle (the kind with the wire ball floating inside) in just a few shakes. Tasted great. I haven't tried any other flavors. There's 27.5g per serving.

The muscle replenisher mixes well, but one of the ingredient is really sticky, so I need to shake the hell out of the blender bottle while drinking other wise it sticks to the lid and sides.

Thanks for the response. It's hard to go wrong with chocolate. But I'm just craving something neat. Something that will also taste great with oats. And one of the flavors I can't just go to the store and buy.

The cake batter is a personal favorite. I prefer to mix mine with water.. tastes great. It becomes almost to heavy with milk..

As for the consultation.. great incitement... and commitment. 21 days worth of consultation in there.

The cake batter is good ,but gets too thick mixed with milk, sometimes i'll mix them both up Cake Batter / Muscle milk yummy
