Absolutely...this morning I was a little late to start (then my OLD norm) and even went back to lay down for a bit, but couldn't ...velvett said:So have you gotten an extra kick with the return of the Cardio Breeze?

It's a fabulous workout and you know you can get cross country ski poles, carbon tips and you can cross country rollerblade.

· Every 2 minutes increased Resistance by 5 (15-100, then 100 for duration, decreased by 20 Resistance last 10 minutes for semi cool down)

8:00 A.M. - D-Root, Digestive Enzymes, Cleanse Tabs, 4 Detox, P.M. Multi Vitamins (ran out of A.M. [yes they are different]), Vitamin B6 (capsule), 2 ALCAR, 2 Neurogenex, 2 Glucosamine & Chondroitin, 2 TYR-2, 2 Sesamax
