anyways, back to the thread, kevin, unless you've had extensive experience with all this gear, you won't have the least bit of clue whats working or what's causing what sides. Kudos to being able to write all that stuff out though and follow it. THe only way I can remember to take the whole 4 or 5 supps that I do, is to have them strewn about in all my most frequently visited locations.

and yes, you can combine the test prop and npp. Personally I'd hit 2 6 weeker cycles of test prop/npp with the .5mg e4d of cabergoline and a tid bit of adex OR letro alongside, dosage tailored to personal results.

not quite sure what 20mcg of IGF is going to accomplish for you. slin and hgh can be used reasonably safely at lowwww doses but I'd drop it all together, unless you just want to run it for shits and giggles.
 
Here's what I'd keep... I realize it probably won't cost 2000 dollars or more, but I am also just running with the essentials, really.

Week 1-6:
-Test prop @ 100mg EOD
- NPP @ 75mg eod
-arimidex .25-.5mg ED
-dostinex @ .5 mg E4D

PCT/fat burning:
-2 days after last injection of Week 6
-nolva @ 40mg ED
-dostinex @ .5 mg E4D
-HCG @ 1000IU EOD
Week 7-9
-nolva @ 20mg ED
Week 9-20
-beta-adrenergic mix:
-ephidrine Hcl 12.5 mg
-caffeine 100 mg
-yohimbine 2.5-5mg
-Acetyl-L-Carnitine 3000mg
-clen 40-100 mcg (week 18-20 only)

---Lather, rinse, repeat 6-8 weeks after recovery


Week 1-20 Supps:
-whey protein, 6 x 30g during day (fast absorbing protein, but in milk…helps keep nitrogen retention constant)
-casein whey 30g at bed
-vit-c, 2g upon waking (anti-catabolic) + 2g post-wo
-vit-b complex (bodybuilders are deficient in b-vitamins)
-fish oil
-flax seed

Week 1-20 Hair/Acne:
-Accutane 40mg
-Pantothenic acid, 3-5g
-most rigorous hair protocol (thanks Junk and Dr. Lee):
Morning:
-revivogen/polysorbate 80 shampoo rotation (copper peptides proven to
increase circulation, possibly hairgrowth and poly 80 decreases
inflammation assoc. w/ MPB)
-Xandrox 5% (crown and hairline)
-wait 10 minutes, then apply 5% Spironolactone (crown and hairline)


Afternoon:
-Rogaine extra strength
-wait 10 minutes, then apply Retin-A 0.025% (crown and hairline)
-wait 10 minutes, then apply 5% Spironolactone (crown and hairline)

Night:
-shampoo w/ Ketoconazole 2% (only every third day)
-wait until hair dries, then apply Xandrox15 (crown and hairline)
-wait 10 minutes, then apply Retin-A 0.025% (crown and hairline)
-wait 10 minutes, then apply 5% Spironolactone (crown and hairline)
-Avodart .5 mg

note how I dropped the finasteride. running those two at the previous doses is almost a total recipe for limp noodle syndrome. Didn't comment on the hair stuff, since I'm not that knowledgable about that. other than the overuse of internal dht blockers, looks ok to me, lol
 
Kevin - Just pulled a word out of context from this thread... polypharmacy

Do you work in health care, specifically Pharmacy or Pharmacy Mgt Services? Just curious?
 
it's real--at most, outside of lifting of course, all these supps 'n shi* take 30 minutes of actual preparation per day (hair stuff...you can read/study while it dries). food is from my dorm (chicken and tuna til i puke).

is it crazy? i'm taking months of suggestions from junk, jenetic, ulter, drjmw, etc.

i'm doing 90% of this stuff now anyway...everything but the AAS/ancills really.

the key, for the pills/powders, is capping 'em and using 4 or 5 pill trays denoted MTWTH...easy really. i've heard of other guys here using excel, but i'm not smart enough for that.

goal is 25lbs post-PCT.

about IGF--i'd run more, but that is 500 at AG...supposedly you can halve the dosage when using reasonable GH (ppl rec 40-50 mcg/day initially).

these supps are fairly standard, ya? 10X/week...14(gh) + 3(prop/npp) + 3(hcg)= 20. ouch.
