Bulking with N-large 2, PF Unleashed (wtf)

I must say I am very happy with N-Large 2. Over the past 14 days I begun bulking with this supp and I was very successful. I gained about 9lbs from 162.5 to 171.5 without gaining much fat. Overall I did see an increase in bulkiness of my body particularly arms and legs. I was on a 4500-5000 cal and 250+ prot diet. Very good stuff! I plan to reach at least 185lbs before spring and then cut. Of course food is also in my diet, lots of eggs, red meat, wheat bread, cottage cheese and chicken.

I also had other supplements in my diet. I begun taking UNLEASHED from Protein Factory. On Friday I was experiencing dizziness, and this morning again. I've never experienced dizziness like that. Especially now that I'm literally full of nutrients all day long and it can't be deficiency of a vitamin or nutrient! Has anyone experienced dizziness from taking these test herb supplements?

Other supplements in my diet: L-Glutamine, Multi Vit, Ginkoba, San V12, Flax Seed Oil. Mentioned above, N-Large 2 and UNLEASHED.

Someone said it might be the Flu. BUT I don't know where this dizziness is coming from damnit. What could it be?

So in 14 days you gained 9lbs. Most of that must have been fat, unless your on gear. 1lb a week of muscle gain is normal if you lift hard and eat right, but eating N2 Large is a like eating 1/2 cup of sugar per serving.

I didn't say none of it was fat dr, and i'm not on gear. Also, a serving of N-large doesn't have a lot of sugar. And I only used 1 serving a day. 1/2 in the morning, 1/2 at night. It is too heavy to consume in a whole serving. Also, that's about all the sugar I get for a day. Maybe about 15 grams more. Thanks for the dry post. Where does it all go when you try to get good feedback here.

you said I gained 9 lbs without gaining much fat. All I was saying is that you should re evaluate because its not possible that you gained more then a couple pounds of muscle in that time and the rest is fat, which would mean that you gained around 7lbs of fat and 2 lbs of muscle which is quite a bit of fat gain for 2 weeks, although if you weigh 160 you definitely need to add a good amount.

N-Large has Maltodextrin, which does the same thing as dextrose in a post workout shake. There's only one bond difference between the two, and it's broken up easily.

bros NLarge2 is some good stuff i took it for like 5 straight months I went from 165 to 205 in 5 months. I don't take it now. Its only bad for you really if you don't watch your diet while on it like drink soda and shit but its great to get some extra protien.

One serving, you can go to the following URL:

<a href="http://www.prolab.com/RETAIL/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=Prolab&category%5Fname=Weight+Gainers&product%5Fid=1003">To this page</a>

Keep in mind that it is recommended to take 1/2 the serving because lemme tell you that this shit is super heavy. I take it with milk, and 16oz of milk and 2 scoops isn't all tooo heavy, but i'm sure even 16oz milk and 16oz water + 4 scoops would feel too massive in the stomach. Sure as fuck i won't try it. Also, i've tried many other proteins and stuff and by far, Prolab N-large 2 and proteincustomizer's proteins are great tasting and digest quickly.

I am of the belief that 3/4 pds of muscle can be gained within a period of 2 wks if a natural person is binge eating...

I read some article a long time ago about this concept where people would siet for 2 wks and then eat their face off for the next 2...and they would gain more muscle then fat. If anyone wants me to find i will...

Found it

"There is indeed a way to flood your body with a natural, powerful "hormone cocktail" that produces substantial and rapid increases in muscle mass. In fact, researchers have shown this relatively simple muscle-building "secret" has allowed healthy test subjects, who didn't even train with weights, to put on over 4.38 lbs of lean body mass and 2 lbs of fat in only 12 days!7 Scientists have also demonstrated, with very intricate blood analyses, that test subjects who followed this system experienced significant increases in the anabolic hormones insulin, testosterone, and IGF-1!2 Make no mistake, this is not a hair-brained theory that was dreamed up by some bodybuilding huckster, quack, or amateur scientist. The substantiation behind this new, breakthrough bodybuilding idea is very compelling. "

pro I took 4 scoops (600 cal 50g protein) one as a meal replacement and before bedtime. I'll tell you i grew most because with the help of this i was getting so much fucking protein bro like 300grm.

Well, it's been more than a week since I've been on Unleashed. One of the things I've noticed is the wood in the morning. Literally, it's amazing. I've taken tribulus, and I don't get wood like this. I'm also like this throughout the whole day. And about the headaches and dizziness, it's Ginkoba, which I stopped taking. I guess the increase of blood to the brain is giving me those headaches. Screw it.

That lost a lot of credibility right there.

If you can find a study that shows people that eat tons after limiting their calories i would be much appeased...but just making a blanket statement proves nothing...

Thank you for nothing...studies would be appreciated...in fact i would love to see them.

why do people drink n large shakes?

you do realize you could make your own shake and it would be heathier and taste a helluva lot better?

Unleashed

Unleashed is absolutely awesome! I have taken it for about a month, and besides the morning wood, my strength has gone up also.

Maybe I'm outta line here, but fren you say you weigh 171.5 Pounds and are eating 4000 - 5000 calories a day,....Holly Shiznit Dude!!! Ya gotta be puttin on some fat unless ya gotta unbelievable metabolism.

Maybe the pros in here can shed some more light on this subject and correct me if I'm wrong but seems to me at your weight your BMR should be around 2600 calories and then to add muscle weight without much in the way of fat you add another 500 calories a day to that,...so you need to be eating closer to 3000 calories a day, not 4000 - 5000. Also ya should be eating about one gram of protein per pound of body weight 250+ is a helluva lot of protein at yer weight.
