Bulking up for Endomorphs.....

I'm no stranger to diets, as I've been in this BB'ing game for over 15yrs now..... However, no one knows EVERYTHING, so I thought I'd post this question and see what kind of replies I get..... I'm about to start a bulking cycle in Feb, but I wanna keep fat gain to a minimum.... I'm very endomorphic, and gain fat VERY EASY...... I usually try to stick to mostly Protein and Non Sat Fats for my daily calories, and eat carbs after my training..... I will be using AAS if that is useful information (Test/Dbol).... I guess I'm wondering if anyone else is Endomorphic, and has tips on bulking and not getting too fat either? Thanks

Complex carbs only. Keep the entire carb count down and no carbs before laying down. Drink 2-3 gallons of ice cold H2O a day. Get plenty of EFAs through flax or fish oil. Good luck man.

PS: The colder the water the better. Your body has to burn calories to warm it up once you ingest it. Good luck with the brain freeze.

Now this is why I love this board.... I knew that being cold is better for fat loss, but I never thought about drinking cold water.... I just used to keep my heat low in my apt, but the cold water idea is great.... K to you Alex, nice post... The Macro Nutrient profile you described is basically what I do, so I think I'm gonna do well.... I was looking for lil tips like that water one, awsome idea, cause I always shiver a lil when I drink cold water... lol...

i keep my gallon jug in my truck overnight. it's damn near frozen by the time I start drinking it in the morning.

also, i've added sesamax and glucorell recently and i'm pretty amazed by what it does as far as allowing me to eat carbs and overall calories. i'm dropping blubber on what used to be a slightly hypercaloric diet plan with far more carbs than I've ever been able to eat. no bloat, blubber continues to burn, and gym strength and muscle size is definitely not suffering.
