I'm no stranger to diets, as I've been in this BB'ing game for over 15yrs now..... However, no one knows EVERYTHING, so I thought I'd post this question and see what kind of replies I get..... I'm about to start a bulking cycle in Feb, but I wanna keep fat gain to a minimum.... I'm very endomorphic, and gain fat VERY EASY...... I usually try to stick to mostly Protein and Non Sat Fats for my daily calories, and eat carbs after my training..... I will be using AAS if that is useful information (Test/Dbol).... I guess I'm wondering if anyone else is Endomorphic, and has tips on bulking and not getting too fat either? Thanks
