So going into winter here , busy with bulking cycle , now having dieted down recently I am still in low carb mode mentally lol
Currently my protien is at 340g a day or 1.5 g per lbs I am 220 lbs at the moment
Fats usually Round 100 to 120g a day
Most carbs are round training which I do at 5 am , I have 40 g carbs (from oats pre workout about 1 hour before training) and I have another 20g dextrose with 20g whey 30min before
I then have a post workout shake 45g carbs and then an hour later another 50g carbs also from oats with my eggs
Only other carbs I have is at lunch in the form of sweet potatoe or brown rice
That equates to only 200g carbs a day
What should I be aiming for ? 2 to 3 g per lbs body weight ? Maybe throw in a few bananas and apples threw the day ?
