Bulking Diet for a nubie running product

I am currently looking for a good bulking diet for the dark side I have entered.

I am 220Lbs 5' 11" and have a lot of fat to loose but first I am bulking up as much as I can. I have no idea when it to diet so I need help

I am currently running 250 test twice a week and I am on my fourth week throwing in 3 shots of tren. I am noticing a strength increase but am told I need to eat like 3500 calories a day. I have no idea what to eat or how many times a day,

My diet now is
I eat every hour and a half usually chicken and protein shakes. I drink mostly shakes because of the job and convenience. After work it is chicken raw veggies and or steak, burger meat or Salmon.

I cut out a lot of carbs but am finding myself really tired and not performing at the gym. Please help!! :Chef:

basic macros for bulking should be, basing on the % of lean mass, 1.5-2g of protein per lb and 2g of carbs per lb... adjust according to your results... let your fat intake not be below 15% of your total cal intake.
 
I think you need to throw the tren in the trash, burn the test, and get on a diet

reread your post if you think I'm an ass.

Your bulking but are fat? Huh? Is this your first cycle? And you started w/ out knowing what your diet should be? How old are you? What are your stats?

Sounds like you are in for minor gains and not keeping any of them - might sound harsh, but it is true.

I am just trying to get ideas and there is no such thing as being harsh I thank you for the input. MY stats? I am new

I am 25 220 5'11" and I 210 3 weeks ago.
I have been told to eat a high calorie diet but like I said I am new to this. My current diet

8 egg whites and some form of fruit for Breakfast
1 1/2 hour 50 grams of whey and some string beans with a cup of Steel oats
1 1/2 hour 8 oz. of chicken and an apple
1 1/2 hour 50 grams of whey
1 1/2 hour fruit and yogurt
1 1/2 hour then complex card whole wheat pasta and 50 grams of whey
Then the gym
Then Muscle Milk or I will have steak or salmon for dinner with sweet pot or rice
 
I wake up around 8:30 in the morning. Please write me what you think I should eat? I will use whatever you think will work.
 
when your bulking throwing out carbs is just about the dumbest thing you can do, IMO. Carbs fuel your muscles..
