I love Dextrose, who doesnt, but there are definately good and bad times to consume it. I am beginning to write everything out for my upcoming bulking cycle and diet and am trying to figure out the best ways to get my diet up to or as close as possible to 6k cals. I am wondering when the best times are, and who bumps up their dextrose intake when bulking? I am thinking the best times to take and still keep it from effecting the BF too much would be 150g first am and then 200g post workout.
The other thing I am considering is adding 2 tbsp of natty PB with every meal, and some extra scoops here and there. 2 tbsp = 160 cals, so you figure if you get in 10 tbsp per day thats 1600 cals by itself, and its delicious.
Any thoughts?
