I have been out of serious training for about a year and now want to get back into serios training again.
I have put on quite a bit of body fat but have kept muscle. I'm 5'10" 270 and about 27% BF. I want to lose the fat but also want to keep muscle - yeah i know you've heard that before.
What I am wondering is should i try and get back into lifting and building up my lifts while keeping the bulk and regaining and strengthening the mass and then lose the fat - so i have more muscle and strenght to work with when i diet or should I just start dieting and lifting?
Anyone have any suggestions?
