Legged Leg Press all of the Standard stuff

I can do a lot more weight on the Leg Press but Squats are lagging

should she be using resistance if she's never sprinted before? I'm sure a workout with a 400-300-200-100 x2 would be good to start off with. Once she gets in shape then she could add the sled.

I started sprinting usuing 5% Grade I normally walk at 15%

have been trying to increase my core strength because I think
that may be the problem but Im not sure....
Any suggestions Girls??
 
Actually, I know of a few, but they did not start out as PL'ers, they are recovering bodybuilders.

K I have incorporated pull-throughs into my routein Deads
Good Mornings I have not done Im sure I would need some in person coaching on this one as I believe my form would need to be really tight.

What is a good routein to increase one's CORE :-)
 
Everything I listed except the split squats. Heavy ab work, and do not neglect the obliques.
 
You would call them lunges. I started out as an Olympic style weightlifter, and much of my usage of terminology comes from there.

See, I've always run distance, and I've cut that out a bit as I've been increasing my weight training. I wanna get back out and run though, but I thought I'd try sprints. What do you recommend for a sprinter's workout for someone who is in reasonable cardio shape, but has never really done any sprinting since soccer in high school?

What would a workout look like, and how often, and how long.

I wanna build me that perfect bootie too. I've seen Spatt's and I'm converted.

(Someday when the construction workers make rude comments, it's going to be "Baby got back!" Instead of "Me so horny!" which is what I got last time, cos I'm Asian.)
