Immediately post-workout, it's especially important to take in carbs and quick-digesting protein while minimizing fat intake, so I like a 50/50 mix of Whey Isolate and Soy Isolate then. And before bed, a slow-digesting protein is best, so Milk Isolate fits the bill for me there. Average cost per pound for all this quality protein powder? Five dollars and change.
