broken ankle rehealing!

[FONT=&quot]ok, here is the situation..my friend just broke his ankle two days ago. He is a mental case and tells me that he will take some dboll to keep his sise on his upper body. I am not shure what the side affects could be, please let me know if this is a good idea! What could happen to his ankle if he does decide to do it.

when your body is injured you should rest. it absolutely will slow down recovery. taking time off and losing a little muscle is not a big deal, he can build it back quickly.
