BrickGirl abs transformation

JJFigure said:
I'd have to say it's 90% diet and 10% training when it comes to abs.

I rarely do ab work - front squats, GMs, and weighted pullups seem work to work them well enough for me. I'll only do ab work if I'm REALLY bored. Unfortunately, abs are all any one really notices in the gym - I've worked really hard on my back development, but no one ever notices. :-(

Well, I would notice your back development JJ - it is the bodypart I have the hardest time developing....so I always notice people, especially females with nice back development! :)

And you are so right about abs being 90% diet. If it weren't, EVERYONE would have good abs. Ya know?

Hey JJ, if you take pics of your back in stages, I'll do an animation of your back and everyone here will notice ;) well they do already anyway.

nice back by the way :) :)

Spatts, for you, you can start out with very light squats, progress to heavier and heavier, taking pictures of course. Then we'll animate that and we'll watch the weight kinda pop on the bar by itself :p
