hey i was wandering, im 5.11, 170 pounds. Lookind to stay the same, maybe put on a few pounds of muscle. I know morning carsio is good, so thats what ive been doing. I do cardio adn then i hit the situps for 30 mins. I know 30 mins is a lot, but its for athletic reasons(coachs instructions). Anyway it takes 2 hours to do cardio and abs, im figuring 2 hours is too long to go without meal #1. I want to eat so bad after the cardiobut need to do abs , so could i eat a protein bar ther in the gym for breakfast?? or is that too small a meal.>>>>>>>>>>>> Or could i drink a protein shake for meal#1 after morning cardio, or do i need to actually eat something??
