Breakfast

Oatmeal and splenda-- with eggs on the side, or whey mixed into the oatmeal, or a breakfast shake (check the musclefood board), or an omelet with veggies and a bran muffin, or a bagel sandwhich with eggs, chees, and possible veggies, or flax seed pancakes or waffles and eggs, or steak and eggs and toast,....

Endless combinations... Just think, fat, carbs, and good protein source! Breakfast helps to Break the Fast!
 
I always eat Oatmeal+Cinnamon+Splenda with adash of sugar free jam

for protein i either have whey or egg whites
I could eat this all day if i could lol
 
Here's my breakfast for the past 2 weeks. Easy to make and very convenient:

3oz oatmeal
2 scoops whey
12oz water

Mix everything in a blender for 5 minutes and drink! Drink some water afterwards because the oatmeal sticks to your throat..

Also, instead of the whey, you could use eggwhites in which case it's better microwaved for a few minutes.
 
1/2 cup steel cut w/ 1/2 cup of protein and splenda.......10 egg white omlette with ff cheese, shrooms, and tomatoes....staple!
 
as JKurz1 said you need a big boy breakfast.....................dont worry about carbs and stuff, you'll empty them out throughout the day. Eat lotsa protein, some fiber and calories if you plan on going to work out later.

Eggs are golden in the morning, as is Oatmeal, milk, O.J................and eat some pancakes tometimes..............wont kill ya
