My perfect b-fast = 1 cup steel cut, 1/2 scoop whey mixed in w/ splenda a cinnamon.............12 egg whites, scrabbled with cheese...........mmmmmmmmmmmm
It is not for me, but for my fiance. I don't think she would want to eat chicken in the morning. I am looking for something moderate in protein, low in fat and carbs.
She is eating a bowl of oatmeal in the morning, but I was looking for something to add about 20g of protein in the morning.
I eat sometimes before cardio....maybe 1.5 hours before, but still before.........just depends on when I fit the cardio in, bulking or cutting.......empty tank doesn't matter to me.....just like to do it first thing when I can for convienience purposes.............
in other parts of the world ( u being in the states) the idea of breakfast is not eggs bacon pancakes toast and juice
in asia a good amount of protien is eaten in the first meal of the day
when i was in kyoto my breakfast was grilled salmon, rice, cucumbers and edeame
i was raised on fried rice for breakfast ( my mum is part chinese and fried rice originated from stirfrying the leftovers from the previous night's dinner)
so try something new
who knows you might like it
