I don't know why I never learn, but I always forget to not wear boxers when it's leg day.
Today I widened out my stance quite a bit and it felt really good. After watching everyone Saturday and talking with Project, I decided to squat wider. I felt like it is easier to keep more solid and just feels better. I was squatting around 350 for 5 and it felt fine, except for the boxer blowout. My partner thought I tore something from the ripping sound. lol. Nothing like that to throw your concentration.
