Haha just cause my arms are big you dont have to hate me.
They are strong but its not my fault, i dont work them more then any other body part, i do 3 excerisises for tri's and 3 for bi's.
I believe for strength back, shoulders, legs, and chest are all about the same, in relation. I also have a short chest if that makes sense ? Any excerises to help lengthen and widen the chest, or just my genetics ?
