I usually have two bananas before work out and it boost my energy notably, but I'm getting sick of having bananas everyday , what other fruits are as good as bananas to increase energy before lifting in the morning.
it isn't a fruit but sweet potato is a weapon before a workout.. it is an easy to digest complex carb. you can put some cinnamon on it and try to eat the skin too..
apple is a good fruit, berries.. watermelon is very hydrating
