Bodybuilder to Powerlifter

ok when i started lifting weights it was because i wanted to look like those freaky big guys like ruhl and coleman, but as time has passed my interests have slightly changed and i want to get into the powerlifting side of things a bit more. Im used to training for mass not strength what do i need to change.

Experianced powerlifters please help me out thanks.
 
Go to elitefts.com, goheavy.com, deepsquatter.com, and read all the articles you can find by Louie Simmons or Dave Tate. After reading them all, and there are a lot of them, then use the search function on this board to read past posts of interest.

Then order the bench and squat video's from Westside Barbell Club, and get ready to start entering meets.

Brian once again is right along with that I just posted a whole bunch of great sites about westside training and strength training programs on another thread here with someone asking for programs????? so go check that one out then come back and ask. Oh ye one more thing welcome to the world of powerlifting be prepared to enjoy yourself and lift HEAVY weights.
