long limbs will do better with lifts like deadlifts
shorter limbs will do better with squats and bench press
it isn't about a person's height either.. the world record holder for deadlifts is only 5'5" BUT he has super long limbs.. he can stand straight up and scratch his knees. but generally the taller guys have the longer limbs
Being an ectomorph doesn't mean you're doomed to be weak though. You can still get remarkably strong and muscular; you just need to approach eating like it’s a full time job.Ectomorphs may start off as the underdog but they usually develop extremely aesthetic and beautiful physiques due to their small bone structure.
