For me its quads, my entire quad routine is usually just 5 sets of 5 reps on the squat, and I managed to get my quads to just over 27" each while still natural and only 11-12% bf, I'd give my left nut for my arms to grow like that.....
thats actually one body part that i wish grew easily. my legs are not small, but they could be a little bit bigger. i guess i just gotta train myself to like to workout legs.
For me it's traps.They actually grow faster if I don't train them.But, I'm not complaining.Anyone who has big, thick traps has that powerful look to them.I love traps.
Chest....ever since I started working out it has just kept growing. It seems like I went through a shirt size in a matter of months. I beat the fuck out of everything else just to try and keep up with my chest.
chest. me being a skinny little runt, my chest is pretty round, not huge, but round in comparison to the proportion of my body. wish the rest of my body would catch up..
my ghetto ass grows like no other. i have a small frame and since i start squattiny, my ass blew up like Britney Spears. thanks, genetics. appreciate it.
also my traps are pretty good so fortunately i have somewhat of a strong look to my otherwise not so impressive frame.
My traps definitely grow with minimal effort, same thing with my tris and shoulders...
Now if only I could have the same thing happen with my chest, lats and bis.

Quads and Glutes for me. Just looking at the squat rack makes them grow. I wish the rest of my muscles were so responsive. I'd kill for arms that grew like weeds.
To tell you the truth I grow fairly easily everywhere now, I get stronger in every exercise so that tells me nothing is lagging as such. But the above bodyparts require hardly any work for them to grow fast.
Glutes. The freaking area was big before I even started lifting. It wasn't fat, either. Still, I wish i could transplant some of the muscle to my pecs...
