I was doing boardpresses today and got a pr with 185...not too much but I couldn't dream of doing this a few months ago when I wasn't training westside. Right now I weigh 161ish
The second set is a blooper, I hit myself in the face with the boards because I failed with 190 and had to roll it off my chest. SO as i'm rolling it off i'm sitting up with it...and as the bar comes off the boards and onto the safty bars...the board SMACKS me right in the mouth...it hurt SOO much, i didn't know if i should laugh really hard or cry. rofl
