Board Presses?

If you feel pumped while doing boards something is wrong, as a matter of fact if you feel pumped while doing any powerlifting movement there is a problem. You should not be doing enough reps to get pumped, you need to up the weight and do sets of three till you miss

i somewhat disagree with you, one of the ways to get muscle tension is the repeititon method. if youve ever done dimel deadlifts for sets of 20, or high rep rev hypers, etc you will get a pump. lol, every friday morning my back gets pumped up during my squat sets(always rely on your freindly power rack to lean against in this case:D ) but for board presses, i dont think its a high rep exercise(no more then 5's) so you shouldt really get a pump from these.
