Blood results= recovered but low sperm count

I'm 24, 6 weeks off of a 10 weeker of prop and var. Bloodwork last year showed my test levels at 183. After a 5 week pct of HCG, nolva, aromasin....blood results showed test at 469, liver and pit. ok, but my sperm count was at 7 million. I plan on getting a blood and sperm count taken again in a couple months.

Should my sperm count increase with time?

7 MILLION IS A LOT YOU ONLY NEED 1 GOOD SWIMMER

i wouldn't complain unless i was trying to have a kid. 7 mil is not to bad. get a vasectomy and u have to jack off 30 - 40 times to get rid of all your swimmers.

Yea my wife and I are thinking about trying...but she has been on the pill for 10 years and will take some time to get fertile as well.

I read that you should abstain from jerking for 48-72 hours before getting a sperm count... I was about 18 hours out. Think this could have contributed to my low count?

yes most defineatly. Hmm mabey you can get some hcg to get her fertile again.
