Blocking estrogen with supplements

I was watching YouTube and the guy was on their ranting about how we should always take anti estrogen supplements and he had a supplement that he was selling with a discount code. Is this guy just trying to sell supplements or does he have a point that we should keep her estrogen levels low

Get blood tests first to see if your Estrogen is even high to begin with.

Nope. And why would you want to block estrogen? Unless you are running an aromatizing steroid cycle, you don't want to mess with it.

WHat are the ingredients? N2GUARD and BRDIGE have some mild anti e's -- fine for in between cycles but if you;re using something that aromatized heavily you'll need arimidex or aromasin.
