bloating as the day goes on

so I always start my day with a flat stomach but as the day goes my stomach starts to bloat up more and more

do you have any explanation why this started happening once I got into my 30’s, cause it never used to happen when I was younger.

has a lot to do with the foods we eat and also other factors like environment etc

you can help your gut by time restricted eating.. eating in a 2-3 hour window

bloating can come from dairy and too much fermentation in the gut

need more meat like carnivore diet and fiber to clean out the gut
