Bloated during cutting

Hi !

I'm in a strange situation .

Let me give you a background first before you guys start throwing stones at me .

So , I've allways been a fat ass and I had to learn a lot about diets . As we all know there are several diets and the more I talked about them the more people starded asking me stuff so , I started to organize people on my email by dominante somatotype and started experimenting on them every diet I've read as see how it worked .As this point I started learning about steroid cycles and workouts and nowdays I prepare people to compete in my country - Portugal - and I've been actually preety sucessfull at this point ,( I'm having a guy competing in Las Vegas hopefully this year. )

The thing is ... and I told my history so that you can understand that I didn't ask this ever because I am a bit ashamed of not being able to achieve my results even not being a nw guy on this matter but I seem to have a condition that is that I cant get free of bloating during a cut . So that you have an idea , my clipper is at 5mm on the suprailliac and I dont have a six pack .

The strang is that the weight is comming of ( I actually drop fat nowdays very easyly ) and it's continuing to get off my body but I cant have a six pack because of the bloating .

Seriouly I have veins from my calves to my traps except in the belly .

Now this has allways made me drop my cutting sessions ( yet this time I'll be cutting until I disapear if needed ) but it's going the same path it has allways had .

Even with dnp + t3 + slin + test it didn't came off so I believe it is bloating and not fat .


Currently I'm doing 500mg of test + 100mcg t3 2 on 2 off , alterning with clen .

2250 kcals ( my mantainance is arround 3000 at this point )
no Aromatase inibitor ( I know , it's a mistake ) and 3L of whater everyday .

My diet is on 50/30/20 - I stick to lower protein percentages ( trying not to go up the 30% barrier because again , protein makes me bloat - I have a serious thing with bloating )

Suplementation is a pre workout and vitamins only .

I do my best at every workout , my cardio is low because I'm cutting only for 8 weeks now so I'm uping the cardio every week now .

I think it's it . oh and the sodium is in check .

anyone had this problem on bloating ? if so , how did you manage it ?
 
yup probably a bit retention at this point because of that but even with the IA (arimidex) I cant seem to pass a certain barrier .
 
I'm in the same situation buddy but after bloodwork i found out my estrogen levels are 5x above normal so i know thats my problem. If you have time you should get some bloodwork done to and see if its your estrogen causing the extra bloat if not could be the extra carbs too

I agree that oestrogen and testosterone, plus diet can have a combined detrimental effect on bloating. It could be water and stomach gasses competing for space in the stomach area, and the gas is becoming trapped and building up. Have you ever had a Liver Function Test (LFT)? I'd suggest you ask your doctor if you may need one. Liver problems are obviously rare, but damage can manifest itself as (severe) bloat.

I'd most definately advise adding an AI to your regimen, even if it's not Arimidex. Forma Stanzol is pretty good for an AI and helps remove dormant water weight from the mid-section.

Why not try the AI, cutting out added sodium, dairy produce, and reducing carbohydrates? I suppose you could also try a OTC product called AquaBan: it rebalances electrolytes and makes you excrete water via the urinary system.
