I'm in a strange situation .
Let me give you a background first before you guys start throwing stones at me .
So , I've allways been a fat ass and I had to learn a lot about diets . As we all know there are several diets and the more I talked about them the more people starded asking me stuff so , I started to organize people on my email by dominante somatotype and started experimenting on them every diet I've read as see how it worked .As this point I started learning about steroid cycles and workouts and nowdays I prepare people to compete in my country - Portugal - and I've been actually preety sucessfull at this point ,( I'm having a guy competing in Las Vegas hopefully this year. )
The thing is ... and I told my history so that you can understand that I didn't ask this ever because I am a bit ashamed of not being able to achieve my results even not being a nw guy on this matter but I seem to have a condition that is that I cant get free of bloating during a cut . So that you have an idea , my clipper is at 5mm on the suprailliac and I dont have a six pack .
The strang is that the weight is comming of ( I actually drop fat nowdays very easyly ) and it's continuing to get off my body but I cant have a six pack because of the bloating .
Seriouly I have veins from my calves to my traps except in the belly .
Now this has allways made me drop my cutting sessions ( yet this time I'll be cutting until I disapear if needed ) but it's going the same path it has allways had .
Even with dnp + t3 + slin + test it didn't came off so I believe it is bloating and not fat .
Currently I'm doing 500mg of test + 100mcg t3 2 on 2 off , alterning with clen .
2250 kcals ( my mantainance is arround 3000 at this point )
no Aromatase inibitor ( I know , it's a mistake ) and 3L of whater everyday .
My diet is on 50/30/20 - I stick to lower protein percentages ( trying not to go up the 30% barrier because again , protein makes me bloat - I have a serious thing with bloating )
Suplementation is a pre workout and vitamins only .
I do my best at every workout , my cardio is low because I'm cutting only for 8 weeks now so I'm uping the cardio every week now .
I think it's it . oh and the sodium is in check .
anyone had this problem on bloating ? if so , how did you manage it ?
