It's from toweling off after a shower.

By now its gone. I killed it by going from 1.5mg Arimidex per week up to 3mg arimidex per week.

What a weird issue I was having...

This has now happened to me on two separate cycles. Once I go lower than 3mg of Arimidex per week my nipples begin bleeding lightly when I towel off after a shower. This has happened on 1.5mg of Arimidex per week, and once I up the dose to 3mg the bleeding stops within a few days.

I have also temporarily halted the problem by taking 10mg of Nolvadex per day in addition to a low dose of AI.

I'm wondering how common this type of gyno issue is among the bros on here.

This was my first posting when I logged in and DAM!, it caught my attention.

I have used adex 0.5 mg twice a week for years and had zero nipple/gyno problems.

The only time I bled was when I shaved in the shower and was not super careful and slightly nicked one. OH BOY! I learned fast and am very careful now. I stretch the skin and take the lightest grip with the 3 blade razor. Soap suds too.

Any blood coming from the opening of the nipple as you described is a big deal. Please see DR.

I tried that. My kid got a mouthful of hair and looked at me like I was crazy. Maybe she was right.

I thought so as well, but lotion didn't stop it from happening. Only things I've cured this issue with are Nolvadex & Arimidex.
