Bi's and tri's Baby!!

How many sets do you do for your bi's? how many sets for your tris?
I go one body part each day
Mon-chest-------4 exercises 4 sets x6-10 reps
tue-back---------Ditto
wed-shoulder (delts only)----ditto
thurs-bis---------3 exercises 4 sets of 6-10 reps
fri-tris-------------3 exercises 4 sets of 6-10 reps

I do 3 exercises with four sets of ten for my Bi's and tris's each. What are your opinions?
Overtraining???
 
i feel my arms are growing. I just looked over on the training discussion board,
and they were giving advice to someone saying anything more than 2 exercises
with 3 sets of ten for the bi's and tri's was overtraining.

i just have a habit of trying to do too much when i hit a plateau.
 
where is the leg training?:)

but seriously...if you feel your arms growing, stick with it. Everyone responds a little different to training stimulus, so if something works for you, do that. Just my 2 cents.

lol I remember when I use to do 12 sets of 12 -15 reps, and was growing still, funny how this would be consider ot but I was still recovering faster then I was breaking down. Do you agree with that max?
 
MY BI AND TRI W.O.:


bis- 3 exercises- 4sets 6-8 repetitions, last set of each exercise to failure
tris-3 exercises- 4sets 6-8 repetitions,last set of each exercise to failure.

work both on same day.

totally. Started lifting when I was 14 and i didn't even have an idea of a workout routine. i would do like 10 sets of 10 every day and still grow. lol....if i only knew.:)

i do them on separate days cause i do 20 mins of cardio first before every workout. If I did them on the same day, i'd be in the gym for like three hours!! lol

Sorry. I do them on saturday. My legs are fucking huge. Especially my calves,
so I'm not really worried about them. Plus I do cardio six days a week before
lifting, so my legs are nice and strong.

i do:

mon = C- V: 50-60min (10am)
mon = chest: 5 exercises 2 sets x 6-8 reps ( at 8 pm )

tue = C- V: 50-60min (10am)
tue = bicep: 5 exercises 2 sets x 6-8 reps ( at 8pm )

wed = legs: 5 exercises 2 sets x 15-20 ( at 8pm
wed = C-V: 30min, swim: 30min ( at 10pm )

thr = tricep: 5 exercises 2 sets x 6-8 reps ( at 8pm )
thr = C-V: 60min ( at 10am )

fri = back: 5 exercises 2 sets x 6-8 reps ( at 8am )

sat = off ( rest )

sun = shoulders: 5 exercises 2 sets x 6-8 reps ( ta 8am)

is this ok or can i change it...???????
