how good/bad is biking for you? Ive been biking on and off for the past few days and i love doing it. I go for like 30-60 minutes at a time up to 4 times a day.
bumping this for more anabolic/catabolic opinions.
I think it'll deplete my overall size but my legs will get bigger in porportion to the rest and will gain alot of balance/stabilitiy and also help my cardiovascular system. Probably lose a good amoutn of fat also.
I am not biking fast, it's a comfortable speed (my bike doesnt go that fast) and its for fun only but I just want to know the effects.
