hahaa...how does the tape measure stay on the arm without holding it?
Seriously the guy has taped it on the arm,you can see if you look carefully.
I would say the arm is about 18.

You can see tape in the photo, and I can tell you its not 18" unless the dude is damn short, I have 18 1/8" arms.
