Biceps/triceps, would this work..?

I do not need more size on my chest/back/legs right now. I need more arms and therefor I thought of a program like this(with this program I would every other or every third week train biceps/triceps friday, and then again on tuesday or wednsday but then not work on them again until one week later):

Friday(this day I always increase calories by about 1000-1500cals, Same with the day after)
Triceps:
Narrow grip bench press 5 x 6
OH French press 2 x 8
Triceps press 2 x 6
BB curl 3 x 8
Hammers 2 x 6
Scottcurls 2 x 8

Monday:
chest
Incline DB press(upper) 2 set
Decline Db Press(lower) 2 set
Soulders
Military press 3 set
(and two more for side and front)

Tuesday(increase calories by 1000-1500 and just rest all day long, and the day after) :
Biceps/triceps
(Bi)Standing BB curl 5x5set
(Tri)Dips 5x5set
(Bi)Preacher curls 5-6 x 2set
(Tri): Scull crucher 6-8 x 2set
(Bi): Hammercurls 5 x 2set
(Tri): One arm OH curl 6 x 2set

Wednsday: OFF

Thuesday: OFF

Friday: Legs, Abs
Saturday: Back, trapz, calvs

Sunday: OFF

Monday: (same last week)
chest
Incline DB press(upper) 2 set
Decline Db Press(lower) 2 set
Soulders
Military press 3 set
(and two more for side and front)

Tuesday: OFF

Wednsday(the arm day)

After this I will have one day off from arms, then go on as above with legs.
