Bicep workout (shoulder injury)

Hi, I have recently started weight training but I am limited to how I can increase my bicep size due to an injury to my shoulder that I have had for a long time. I am looking for a way to work the biceps without doing curls or chin-ups/pull-ups. I realize that this limits what I can do but any advice/help would be very appreciated.

I have seen numerous doctors about this injury but they all say they can not do anything for me.

Thank you!

We'd have to see your entire w/o routine honestly... but the fastest way you're gonna develop big biceps is developing big legs/back/chest first. Your body grows proportionately man. Your biceps will catch up with the rest of your body, especially if you have the rest of your body growing. Other than that, I would incorporate some bent over db/bb rows. and upright bb rows as well... just workout out the back man. and that includes deadlift!

Good insight from shibs there ^^^Yes, heavy compound motions for over all development. But, more on the shoulder injury. And, keep in mind, when you do isolate bicepts, if your shoulder is working your form is bad.
