I find now that I have a good size that cables keep better tension on arms ....oneexercice I like doing are the 1 arm cat- curl with a rope ...but very slowly
so my body is paralele to the rope and my arm is back like a incline curl then I go for the heaviest while keeping very strict mouvement then for the lasts rep I go to failure and assist with the other arm....Man arms are so fun to train it should be illegal
