bi/tri training

i really want to develop my arms and right now i just cant do that. i am lifting bi/tri once a week and doing about 14 sets for each. i really want to put more size on the outside of my arm because the inside is rather overdeveloped compared to the outside. what exercsies should i concertrate on and should i lift them 2x a week?

14 sets? how many exercises is that? i would cut it down to 3 exercises, 3 sets each, pluss a warm up set on the first exercise. yu might be overdoing it.

for the outside, hammer curls is the stuff. you can do em seated, standing, both arms at the same time, alternate em...just do it

I think that 3 sets of 3 exercises each is too much for arms. First of all your arms need a break from all those damn sets. Aim for 2 exercises, 3 sets each and make the last set one for higher reps to promote the pump. You should give it all the intensity you have. You'll notice a huge difference in how intense you go I assure you. Don't think about getting all the sets done but on maximizing how hard you squeeze the muscle during each REP. I tried this and got sore the next day when I really wasn't before.

Your arms will be fucked from chest and back training so just do 2-3 sets of direct arm work after them big parts i.e. triceps after chest and biceps after back.

This'll mean you have an extra free day to rest and grow.

baaaasics low sets- one excersise each, for bis do either alternate db curls OR barbell curls. no more than 2-3 sets, same for tris-close grip bench or skullcrushers. You will see the diff in a few weeks.
