I've never used femara(not available to me), but liquidex is great. I notice greatly reduced water retention, and increased hardness and vascularity, I agree with huck that liq is a great product. Also, I dont think anastrozole's effect on IGF-1 is very significant, not to a degree of influencing muscle size or strenghth. At least I dont notice anything.-WULF
