Best way to lose belly fat

I'd say the best advice is to believe in yourself and believe in what you're doing.

If eating candy can cure cancer (it has, it's called a placebo)

then anything you believe you're doing, if you truely believe it's the right method to success, you'll be successful.

Vise versa if you don't believe in what you're doing, change it up, or change your attitude about it, because you won't lose a lb or gain a lb if you don't believe in what you're doing.

Beleive, the brain is the strongest muscle in your body it can do pretty much anything. =)

thanks for the advice im not trying to cut now im just trying to get bigger w/ maybe losing some fat in stomach but know its hard to do both. started eating better and went from 215 to 210 and look bigger, i havent ran much but will start soon to get ready for football. hopefully i can still get bigger when i start running.

Do you have a case study or something you can reference? I've never heard of this.

you've never heard of smarties or candies curing cancer?

placebo's are something that have been around for a very long time.

I'll try and find something for you.

I know what the placebo effect is, but I have never heard of candy 'curing' cancer.

when I said "candy" I was more so speaking about pills filled with sugar and such, it's like a 2% rate of success as far as the actual tumours are concerned, it's also helped with appetite and such.

Also if you know what it is, isn't this kind of a mute point and taking away from the point that was trying to be made.

I stand by what I said.

more examples.. people walking across coals.. swimming in the artic under ice.. blah blah.. the mind is a wonderful thing.

just believe in yourself, that's all I'm getting at.

I think it's funny, nobody mentioned Var....

I had never heard about this particular example, so I was curious as to hearing more about it.

About the psychological side of exercise: I would say it is definately important, but not the end-all. The mind and body are intimately intertwined. For example, exercise increases various neurotransmitter levels in the brain, affecting psychological outlook. On the other hand, if you are suffering from depression, you might never be able to get yourself out of the house into the gym to do your deadlifts.

Those studies are garbage - at least in the way they are quoted. Yeah - endurance doubled in two weeks for a group of how many 'recreationally' trained athletes?

<p>A new drug, <strong>Kybella</strong> (<strong>deoxycholic acid</strong>), that specifically targets chin fat has just been approved by the FDA</p><p> What's more is that, as a bodybuilder, you can use this drug on belly fat covering your abs to quickly dissolve fat cells and to blast fat in other areas.</p><p>Have any of you guys tried it yet?
