best way ever to eat tuna

get your favorite turkey gravy, put it in a pan along with solid white tuna, boil for 10 min or so. the tuna taste exacly like turkey. you guys have to try this.

Personally, I prefer the Tuna flavor but the nutrients, price and texture of turkey. So I make up a nice batch of tuna gravy, and boil my turkey in it. Tastes just like TUNA! Love it.

Here is a high calorie tuna meal to be used on a bulking cycle.

Take a box of kraft dinner and prepare as usual.
pour the K.D. into a casserole dish.
add in a can or two of tuna.
a can of cream of mushroom soup.
mix everything and top with cracker crums.
Cover with tinfoil and Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Makes 2 servings.
Tastes great.

I like to eat the tuna in the pouch. Just mix it with a couple teaspoons of pesto, one tsp. of mayo, chop of a little sweet onion, one boiled egg, add the spice of your choice and it is good.

Tuna melts
1 can of tuna
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
onions, green peppers chopped fine
mix in a bowl and spread over hamburger buns
bake in oven at 350 for app.10 minutes
for extra calories and flavour you can top with shredded cheese.
