the cramping thing is true....... but probably will only affect athletes like , wrestlers, long distant and short distant runners, football players at summer practices, and basketball players etc etc etc..... you get my point
for working out...... what i said about electrolytes is true..... with out them charged up...... you will not be as strong....... electrolytes comes from water....... so the creatine before could sap you of your electrolyte balance.
so to be safe...... i say take it afterward...... the creatine in your system doesnt go away within the hour...... otherwise why would you even take it on the days you dont train???
i see the articles point.
but there is a good way, a better way, and a best way.
i am only interested in the best way.....life is too short to fool witht the first two.
i believe taking it after is best........ my opinion....... i guess it all boils down to preference.........(they say supplements are all a mind game anyway - you think what your taking will help you there for you are stronger)
