best time to take creatine?

That article was great Rolls Royce. Deserves some karma bro. If i remember i ususally try to take it before and after a workout as well. Get the best of both worlds and a little bit of everyone's theory in there.
 
ok..... i may have backed myself into a corner here...... let me explain

the cramping thing is true....... but probably will only affect athletes like , wrestlers, long distant and short distant runners, football players at summer practices, and basketball players etc etc etc..... you get my point

for working out...... what i said about electrolytes is true..... with out them charged up...... you will not be as strong....... electrolytes comes from water....... so the creatine before could sap you of your electrolyte balance.

so to be safe...... i say take it afterward...... the creatine in your system doesnt go away within the hour...... otherwise why would you even take it on the days you dont train???

i see the articles point.

but there is a good way, a better way, and a best way.

i am only interested in the best way.....life is too short to fool witht the first two.

i believe taking it after is best........ my opinion....... i guess it all boils down to preference.........(they say supplements are all a mind game anyway - you think what your taking will help you there for you are stronger)

I disagree. The best time to take creatine based on my knowledge is either after you work out or after waking. After workout is good because you body is ready for an insulin rush which will drive the creatine into your muscles.

I like to take the Creatine before my workout. I feel that it is absorbed better this way. I also feel that it gives me better pumps. Also, I only take the full load for two weeks. After that I only take half the dosage.
