I am trying to figure out what is the best day for me to do my leg workout. My training goes like this weekly:
Monday- Cardio in morning, Chest and back evening
Tuesday- Cardio in morning, Shoulders evening
Wednesday- Cardio in morning, Off lifting
Thursday- Cardio in morning, ???
Friday- Cario in morning, ???
Sat and Sun- Off completely
My problem is finding which day would be best for legs between thrusday and friday. My concern is being too sore in my legs to do cardio the next, which would mean Friday would be best. But, I go out Friday nights, so I like to do arms that day so they look good and swelled when I go out, plus I like to give my arms rest after my chest/back workout on monday. What do you think I should do?
